My Book Page Pre Launch

We all face complex problems, tough challenges, and major changes but most people don’t have a system to handle them. My book, Problem Re-Solving: Blueprint to Create Balance & Build Momentum is part practical guide, part personal philosophy—designed for real people who are tired of feeling stuck. PRS for short helps you approach life’s problems with a clear system. It introduces a simple quadrant model framework that helps figure out where you are mentally and what actions you need to take next. Whether you’re frozen by fear, overthinking, acting without a plan, or already on the right path. It's not just a self-help book—it gives you tools, mindset shifts, and real strategies to start solving problems in life. And you can always come back to it anytime life throws something hard your way.

I wrote the book for anyone feeling overwhelmed by life’s problems—whether it’s a relationship issue, career decision, financial stress, or just trying to get back on track. It’s called Problem Re-Solving because it’s not just about solving a problem once—it’s about how we handle recurring challenges and the constant ups and downs of life. The quadrant model features four types of problem-solvers: the Fearful Avoider, the Reflective Thinker, the Impulsive Actor, and the Balanced Achiever. Each one represents a mindset we can fall into, depending on the situation. The goal is to help people recognize where they are and give them a clear path forward. It’s not therapy. It’s not a textbook. It’s part mindset, part strategy—with tools like SMART goals, time prioritization, risk management, and even prayer or stoicism—whatever helps you find balance and build momentum. It’s everything I’ve used to survive and grow through real life.
